WELCOME
Pilates is a low impact exercise system aimed to develop complete co-ordination of mind, body and spirit. Pilates improves suppleness, posture, flexibility, mobility and importantly, core and pelvic floor strength. I have found that whilst navigating peri/menopause, the gentle, yet powerful low-impact movement eases joint pain, increases bone health and strength, along with the mental health well-being benefits...and you'll make new friends!
